We DO NOT take:

We understand that life happens! If something occurs that you can't make it to your appointment, please give us a call and leave a message if we do not answer.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment without a valid reason, or do not show up to your appointment at all with no prior notice, you may be charged a $25 fee that cannot be covered by insurance.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will have to be rescheduled.
If you are mandated by the court for counseling sessions and you no show your first appointment, you will not be permitted to schedule with us again.

Again, we understand that sometimes things happen. Please give us a call if you are going to miss your appointment.
